While we offer short-term loans, our customers service certainly is not short-term. The staff at Till understands your time is valuable. So, we’re happy to offer a multitude of ways to get in contact with us about your loan.
If you send us a message outside of regular business hours, we will respond the next business day. Holidays may affect these hours or delay response times. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and are committed to assisting you with your questions and concerns in a timely manner.
New and Returning Customers: Choose option 1 to speak to someone about applying for a new loan, or for refinancing your existing loan.
Existing Customers: Choose option 2 if you need assistance with a payment on your existing loan. As a reminder – in order to provide you the best experience for your short-term loan and financial needs, please contact us at least three business days before your next scheduled payment date to modify your payment. There is a $20 ($15 for Wisconsin residents) return fee added to your balance for each payment returned by your bank.
If Your Loan Has Been Escalated To Legal: Choose option 3 if you need to reach our in-house legal department about your escalated loan. Our experienced and knowledgeable legal team are available Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm MST. Please understand, while we cannot provide you with legal counsel, we are happy to educate you on the legal path your loan is taking. As well as how we can work together to help you become successful in paying off your loan outside of the court room.
