From time to time, Lender may monitor and/or record telephone calls regarding Borrower’s loan to assure accurate and courteous customer service, and Borrower agrees to any such monitoring or recording.

Borrower also agrees that Lender and others with whom Lender may contract to service Borrower’s loan may communicate with Borrower electronically by email at any email address Borrower provides, or by calling any cellular telephone number Borrower gives to Lender, for any purpose relating to Borrower’s loan, including collecting amounts Borrower owes to Lender. By providing Borrower’s cell phone number to Lender Borrower hereby expressly consent to Lender contacting Borrower at such cell phone number regarding Borrower’s efforts to enter a transaction with Lender.

Borrower consents to receiving auto-dialed and pre-recorded message calls along with text messages from Lender, Lender’s agents, or third parties, to such cell-phone number. Borrower may be charged by Borrower’s wireless provider in order to receive text messages. Subscriber mobile numbers will not be sold, or shared. Borrower may change Borrower’s contact preferences by emailing Lender at help@loantill.com.

Furthermore, Borrower agrees and consents to electronic communications including e-mails and texts.
